The process was disorganized and slow. Once I was selected to interview, it took 2 weeks to schedule 3 interview panels. The panels consisted of 2 employees and panel interviews were 45 minutes long. I interviewed on site with the first panel before the others were even scheduled. I had to follow up several times to get the other panels scheduled. They struggled to schedule the panels, and did not keep me informed. 45 minutes was not long enough with 2 interviewers. The interviews were 1 way because there was basically no time left for me to ask questions. The 3rd panel was split into 2 individual video interviews, 30 minutes long, due to a late conflict. The first individual interview started 10 minutes late due to an access issue with the interviewer. It was with the incumbent, and I had no time to ask any questions in the 20 minute call. Once the interviews ended, I was informed the decision would be quick, and I would hear back in 2 days. I heard back in 2 weeks. I did not receive an offer and did not get any information or feedback on my candidacy, despite asking multiple times.
