Two interviews, one with the regional sales manager and the second with the GM. Most questions are situational questions but also contributes to targets and sales management. The interviewers are black and white. There are recruiting agencies who can help you with questions and answers.

What would you do if you won a large amount of money
Lots of situational interview questions - be prepared to share the situation, action, and result. Several rounds of interviews - one with a screener, one with two district managers, one with a regional manager.

Interview
It was very professional and short. She was very detailed and kind. She walked me through the benefits and the role. We also discussed the recruiting process and timelines. We focused the discussion on my experience and the companies I worked for. We also discussed the company culture and their focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.

Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter then I interviewed with the district manager. It was mostly a conversational interview. The hiring manager kept prolonging giving me a decision and finally after three weeks post-interview, I was told an intern would be doing the field sales in that district instead, interesting to say the least.
