Interview was smooth and easy going. Panel one asked questions mainly about my past work history. Panel was particularly in my past publications which were exactly what they were trying to do in their labs.

so many technical and management questions how to handle emergencies, if your boss give you technically wrong instruction what you will do and if you have a situation require shut down you will call first or you will proceed on shut down

Phone interview, interview at HQ few month later, then offer received few month later, 1st offer rejected, reprocess the full application, 2nd offer received month later, négociations, signature. Very long process and not professional HR.
