Once you've submitted your application and completed the selection process, you'll receive a call to attend an offline interview. It’s worth noting that you might find yourself waiting for quite a while—typically between one to two hours—before you’re finally called in for the interview. When you do enter, the interview tends to be surprisingly brief. The interviewer usually asks only one question, and the interview is concluded just like that. It’s also a bit disconcerting to observe that the interviewer seems unprepared; for the first couple of minutes, she relies on her phone, which can feel unprofessional and contribute to an awkward atmosphere.
