I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tanda (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
Completed phone screening. Was then invited to come in for an in person interview, was informed at the end of that interview that it would be the last round of interviews. I then received an offer within a couple of weeks, and was invited to come into the office to do a “meet and greet” with the CEO. Later that same day received an email rescinding my offer, and was told it was due to the following: “some of the offers that were put out to other implementation team candidates have been recently declined which has forced us to reconsider the make up of the team and go in a different direction.” They’re recruitment and hiring process is completely unprofessional, and in hindsight am glad that I did not join their organization.
