I applied thru a friend's referral. I got invited to the onsite office for an interview. Very surprisingly, there's only one round and no technical questions involved at all. Given it's such a research and number based job, they will make decisions merely relying on a general question round. What's more, the interview was not taking any notes during the interview, I mean, Did he have a super brain that remember all the interviewee's answers and make decisions ?
