very smooth process with Kellie, all questions were answered during the call. Tawkify is the best company I've ever had and I've been working here for almost 3 years. I feel my skills are particularly well-suited to this position because I can answer a high number of chats.

The interview was smooth and organized. The interviewer set proper expectations and reached out in a professional manner. The instructions were clear and I didn't have a hard time understanding it.

I was asked about my work experiences, educational background, and my strengths and weaknesses.
We have an Introduction first, where both I (candidate) and the company made our first impression. Second, we have a small talk, it's just building a rapport, and having a healthy working relationship. They gathered information about me, together with the question/answer.

Interview
The interview process was trouble-free, I was able to communicate with the interviewer without any hesitation and I don't feel any pressure. She asked about my personal background, relevant experiences, skills, and knowledge of basic software. At the same time, she was also giving advice and ideas about the nature of the job which I really appreciate.
