There are several rounds of the interview,:
1. a one on one meeting in person
2. taking part in online testing including programming and sql
3. meet the technical person, maybe a developer from the company
4. meet the department manager
5. meeting the boss
the process may terminate at any of the step due to the performance of the candidate.
