The initial interview process was pretty standard- a brief meeting with a recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The next steps were unorganized and confusing, with no real direction or indication of a standardized process. I actually ended up rescinding my candidacy due to these concerns. After going back and forth a bit with the hiring manager, we had another conversation and I let them know that I was still interested in the position. Finally, after 6 additional interviews, I was given a thinly veiled verbal offer- "We'll have something for you by X date"- followed by crickets. After three months of conversations, they ghosted me. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional and unorganized and ultimately a blessing, as I can't imagine what it must be like to have to work here.
