It involved micro teaching in a subject area of interest. You are free to pick any topic from Science, Mathematics or English. You will then prepare a lesson and present that concept in an interactive way to a panel.

They had an assessment centre cum interview all in one day: group assessment, aptitude test and interview. Candidates acted like teachers and presented in front of the interviewers. There was also a group assessment in which candidates were divided into groups and given a problem to work on and come up with solutions together. At the beginning of the interview day, candidates wrote an aptitude test.
