I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TeacherTee (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process is an aggressive sales pitch with no real follow up. I tried to get specifics about placement and have only received auto-replies. Fran, in sales, talked over me, interrupted me and gave me zero info about work and just tried to push the class on me.

Question 1
What course do you want to pay for? (Asked several times aggressively)
When I inquired about the curriculum of the TEFL course, the explanation was unconvincing, especially considering my existing qualifications. Following the group interview, I received a direct call asking about my enrollment in the course.
This experience felt like a high-pressure sales tactic for their TEFL program rather than a genuine job interview. The insistence on paying for a mandatory certificate, coupled with the lack of transparency about potential job placements, is troubling. I would advise other candidates to proceed with caution.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was conducted in a group setting with four candidates. The main emphasis of the discussion quickly became the mandatory purchase of their 240 GBP TEFL certificate course. Despite my 15 years of prior teaching experience, the interviewer insisted on this course, claiming it would lead to a "guaranteed position" on a platform. When asked to name these platforms, the interviewer stated she couldn't recall them offhand.
