I was interviewed by a panel of three staff members, one of whom participated by teleconference from the company's home office in the midwest. They provided me with a printout of 14 interview questions, as well as a position description and an employee benefit summary, and in rotation asked me the 14 questions. There was very little deviation from the prepared queries, and I was asked to hold my own questions until they had finished. The interview lasted a little more than an hour.
