I had to submit situational information, do a series of assessments-phone interview and then Zoom interview. The interview process was very seamless. They asked me several situational questions as well as how I would handle certain tasks if I wasn't sure of how to do them

What is the most challenge part of being a virtual assistant?
Initial email is remote via zoom with one hiring manager. The hiring manager was nice and easy to speak to. The interview lasted approximately 25 minutes. Most of the questions were easy especially if you have are familiar with administrative duties.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Team Delegate in Jan 2023
Interview
Went through three interviews with the company, including a skills assessment. They pay you for a maximum of two hours for the skills assessment at $16/hr. After everything, they couldn't be bothered to update me either way on the results. Complete waste of my time.
