Interview
You fill out a questionnaire online and then you do a virtual interview. By virtual interview I mean that there a questions posed to you and your response is filmed and reviewed. After that was complete I was offered a job there and went to orientation at Gillette.

Question 1
They asked what it would mean to me to be a member of the Event Day Staff (I think). There were maybe three questions and they were pretty easy-- if you don't like the way that you phrased something you can simply re-record it.
