Great process! Met interesting people and learned about the organization! Was able to walk around the building with the people I interviewed with. Everyone was kind and willing to answer my questions.

TechSoup interviews people by asking them open ended questions which you are expected to answer by describing your personal experiences. Basically they want you to paint a picture of what your processes are and how you handle things. There are no wrong answers. Just stay calm and focused.
