The interview process consisted of four stages. First, I had a phone screening with a recruiter who asked about my background, motivation for applying, and availability. After that, I had a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my previous projects, especially focusing on how I approach design problems and collaborate with developers. The third stage was a take-home design challenge. I had 3 days to complete a mobile UI redesign and present my rationale in a short deck. Finally, I participated in a panel interview with the design and product team where I walked through my solution, answered situational questions, and asked questions about their design culture. I received the offer a week later
