The process itself is smooth and the hiring managers are really friendly, helpful and available for any questions or concerns. First you'd go through a technical task. Then a technical interview. Finally a cultural fit interview with the Technical manager. I would have totally accepted the offer for them being very nice and welcoming, but I wasn't ready to move from my current role for current company related reasons. If you have an interview with them go for it totally recommended.
