I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Techna Glass (Sandy, UT) in Mar 2019
Interview
Saw an ad for this position on a local job board and applied. Got an interview at the office in Sandy 3 days after I applied. The interview was done by two young women in their twenties, very casually dressed. This office is small, with the call center located on the left side of a one-story building that looks like a converted gas station, and windshield repairs done on the right side of the building. When the interview was completed, I was told they would make their decision by the following week, which they did.
To get hired here I think it will be to your advantage to be young (under 30) and have prior experience working in a call center.

Question 1
Do you have any experience working with multiple screens/monitors at a computer?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Techna Glass (Sandy, UT) in Jan 2010
Interview
Got a call and went in for an interview, pretty straight forward. It helped that I had an employee referral which got my foot in the door. They asked the usual questions and didn't require any sales experience which was nice at the time. It is a small call center so they are pretty picky about who they hire.
