Interviewed with Vice President of Offshore Project Resources as well as the company recruiter. Interview was very direct with practical questions. Interviewer was very experienced in the industry and knowledgeable. One interview was conducted along with conversations in offices of 3 other managers. Overall the process was very informal yet practical.

Very casual phone interview talking through my CV and experience. I was on another continent at the time, but was surprised to get the offer before meeting anyone in person.
Because the role was for an external placement into an operators office, Technip just wanted to make sure I met the spec.
