Fue un proceso de un par de entrevistas incluyendo presenciales. Me dieron el puesto incluso envie todos los papeles de la contratación y renuncié a mi empleo actual. Un par de dias antes de la incorporación, dejaron de contestar mis mails y llamadas. Luego empezaron a dar largas con la incorporación y finalmente me admitieron que no me iba a contratar y si... ya había yo renunciado al actual empleo y me quede en la calle. Una empresa que hace eso no tiene perdon.

Question on past experience for the position, and some technical question. Also what you see yourself in 10 years. The interviewer is very nice, so no pressure or nervous during the interview (of course you must be ready & prepared).

I applied through other source. I interviewed at TechnipFMC (Maranello) in June 2025
Interview
They were on time for the call, what is already a positive point. The HR seems to be interest in giving you the feedback in the fastest way possible and they are very transparent
It was a 2-round process by a Team meeting and in-person interview. The whole process can last two to three weeks. It was disappointed to see the interview outcome not being informed in time.
