      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Techved Consulting (Goregaon East) in Mar 2019

      Interview

      The process was first with a quick HR round asking for expected CTC then a Technical round on machine for basic testing and then there was a brief technical F2F with two senior team leads I had cleared all the rounds and then the final round HR asked me to fill a personal form saying that I have been selected and leave for the day and I will get a call back. There were no calls since 8 days then it was me who called again for the feedback. Another HR kept ignoring my calls saying that the particular HR is in meeting / not available / absent and etc later one day she did pick up the call and said that I have been shortlisted and i'll get a call soon. and again nothing happened. Later i realised that the company budget wasn't that good to afford me. I mean the form cannot afford a QA with 3 years experience to expect a 5l pa budget. In this case the company should mention in the JD itself that the company is looking a candidate in this particular budget so that a candidate who's missing a half or full day for an interview do not waste time if he's clear about the budget. Even the HR are so un supportive after the interview process, Their only target is to get maximum candidates for interview that's it.
