Principle, was overly confident and really wanted to talk about himself. I appreciate someone who is not all business, but the flipping of hair and the bursts of laughter was a bit much. I hope they find someone who can interview candidates - so one can learn about the co/role:/

There is none. Listen to the owner talk for an hour. If he likes how his voice sounds, he hires you. What else can I add to this? The biggest thing the interviewer is looking for in this case is whether or not he thinks you will nod your head whenever he talks. Don't like that answer? Don't use it.
