Interviewed with the CFO and the Senior Director of TekMountain individually. The CFO was friendly and polite and easy to get along with. The Director had tougher questions and was looking for a particular cultural fit for this particular position. He asked 2 hours worth of questions and wanted specific answers and methodologies for project management, Agile, and theories on growing the incubator.
