      Call Center Representative Interview

      18 July 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Oak Lawn, IL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Tel-Assist (Oak Lawn, IL) in May 2017

      Interview

The interview process was just a simple one on one interview with the general manger. Be careful because they really hit you with the bait and switch. She will go on about all the wonderful raises you will see when you get started, but you won't see a dime of additional pay until almost one year of underpaid work!
