I suggest you incorporate your work experience with what you've learned and how it will fit in with their program. ex: I was in the customer service field for six years. However, my last job was working with mentally unstable adults. It has given me a lot of patience and has taught me how to think on my feet and be more creative. I've become a great problem solver.
