Tempest Executives Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

I was invited a day after an application for an interview with a manager, they met me at reception downstairs. Then I walked to a small old office space with 3 little rooms that fit 3 people. After talking to the manager they invited me to a follow-up interview the next day. I came the next day and it was a complete waste of time. The role presented on the website was a complete lie. Basically, they wanted someone to do direct sales with flyers around different shopping malls. Nothing graduate or marketing. LIterally stopping people and selling an idea.
