Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Tenaska (Arlington, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview was a long process. Panel setup with 10 members. Each question I answered resulted in numerous other questions. They threw a few curve balls when they asked off the wall questions. Very in depth interview regarding behavioral skills.

Interview
Interview started with a tour of the office followed by an introduction to the individuals who would be training/interacting with you. You get to see people working and dealing with problems in real time.
Afterwards, there is a panel interview with some leading executives. The questions are straightforward and geared towards understanding who you are and how your thinking process works.
The office is high energy and interactive. A perfect place to work for someone looking for developing years in advance of competing companies.
