Interview
You'll be brought to the classroom for mock teaching session, followed by a Q and A with the HOD. The questions ranged from about your teaching abilities to you understanding of the workings of the school including safeguarding, student/teacher relationship and so on
Was smooth and able to learn more about the culture. Went for a school tour and get to know the department. Nice environment and atmosphere. The team is friendly and accommodating. Share their knowledge and expertise.

Interview
Straight forward, microteaching on a given topic. Followed by an interview with the head of secondary. Comments on the micro-teaching enjoyed how the lesson . Asked for expected salary. Ended the interview and received a call after two weeks.
