Lengthy and not at all organised . Recruiters are head hunting from social media. Lack of response after interviews. Lengthy irrelevant written tests. 2 months process with multiple levels of people.
The complete interview process consisted of five distinct stages. It began with an introductory call with a recruiter, followed by a second conversation with the hiring manager. This was then succeeded by a series of three in-depth technical interviews conducted by various engineers on the team. Each stage aimed to assess different aspects, from general fit and communication to technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Interview
A recruiter meeting, followed up by hiring manager meeting, and four rounds of interview. The interviewers were pleasant and questions medium difficulty. I got rejected and received detailed feedback from the hiring manager and the team.
