The hiring process consisted of several stages, including a test screening, a psychometric assessment, an HR interview, and a user interview. The overall process was quite structured, although the psychometric test was fairly time-consuming and required strong focus. Each stage allowed for a deeper evaluation, from assessing basic qualifications to understanding my experience, skills, and alignment with the role and company.

The overall process of the recruitment is a bit off where they start with case study then HR interview then psikotes then user interview. Overall, the length of the case study and psikotes are too much for the role applied and if you need to reschedule your interview the TA will ghosted you even if they ask whether it is a suitable timing or not. Even if you follow up the recruiter, they won't respond which in my opinion very unprofessional as I feel that they have wasted my time when they ask me to do the case study and 4-hour long psikotes just to ghosted someone just because the user interview timing isn't suitable. I would not recommend anyone to go through the process as it was not professionally conducted towards the user interview part.
