Interview
1st I had the opportunity to interview with the CEO , then qualified to the next round where I interviewed with CAIO, After succesfully finishing these 2 rounds, Met with Managers of Canada
Fairly straightforward interview that started off by talking about experience listed on resume. Dug into each and every project and asked general questions centered around RAG/LLM pipelines. Followed by a fairly simple coding round.
The interview process was easy, there were two people on call. One had engineering background and the other with AI/ML background. For the first 30min they scanned through my resume. Each experience and project that I mentioned was explained thoroughly. Next 30min were dedicated to a coding exercise around AI. They gave a notebook and asked me to complete the functions.
