Terra Schwartz interview questions

Received a LinkedIn message from their talent acquisition manager with an expression of interest, followed up with a phone call after agreement. They didn't have a role available but still wished to interview me. They booked me into an interview and cancelled both times 2 hours after the interview was meant to commence, citing other meetings running over time. Did not wish to proceed as the value for my time was not respected on two occasions. Not a good look from a prospective employee perspective.
