TerraSmart Associate Director interview questions

The interview was given by a person who was apparently the Director, but had only had the role for just a few days. They seemed unsure of what the position was for, or even really what the company did. There seemed to be a very basic script that was being followed that had no bearing on the position. The line of questioning seemed indirect and unclear.
