Tertium Technology interview questions

1.Written - They will ask basic aptitude and basic technical mcq question. 2.Technical- If you are fresher they will take verbal interview and if you are experience they will take machine test also. 3. HR- It's formality.

Was called for an interview in the morning 10 am. Had to write an aptitude test mainly consisting of simple math and english and general knowledge. There was a HR interview initially for 10 mins. After HR interview I was told the Business development team person will take next round and asked me to come in the afternoon at 3.30 pm. I came back again at 3.30PM and then the HR is saying that the person is on leave or something and they will call me again other day. I waited for 2 weeks no response. I mailed them continuously still no response from Heena the HR. And then finally i mail them asking if there will be an interview or not. Then i get a mail saying they have moved with other candidate. Is this what an HR does? simply call people for the interview and then tell they will call for further rounds and then we need to keep waiting if the interview will be scheduled or not. I guess the HR needs training on how to effectively to their job.
