nice and easy.I was so stressed without reason.Interview was 1:1 n I was prepared for group one.They explained me everything n I had to work for a while( help with customer questions, unpack few boxes ).I applied online on August, they invited me for interview two weeks later n 7 days later they gave me a call.I started job after next two weeks, so basically process is about 5 weeks but later u can enjoy ur job!
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
