Interview
applied online, got a call asking for time of interview. Came in with CV and passport, greeted interviewer. Interview questions were basic things like why do you want to work for tesco, examples of when i worked in a team, how i helped a customer go the extra mile and things like that.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
