Interview
i got a call two weeks after applying online asking if i could come in the next day with identification. I arrived and went to a quiet room with the manager who asked a few questions. I then did a shop trail where i was shelving some products with another worker.

It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.

Post online application, I was invited to interview. It turned out to be a group interview so I was invited into a room with other applicants where we were all asked questions and had to answer one by one
