Easy enough, filled online application. once it was closed got a call asking to come in for a group interview the following tuesday. Was with 5 others looking for jobs in the Tesco. Signed forms, filled in availability, answered the questions below. then 5 minutes on the shop floor at checkouts helping customers pack their bags then that was it done. Told hear back within the next week. Awaiting response

Name a time when you went above and beyond to help some?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
