Store manager and deputy manager interviewed me. Deputy worked through questions, store manager stared at me and occasionally commented on my answers. Lasted around 20minutes, just in the staff room at the back of the store. they took a few notes but not many

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
