Interview
The process starts with completing The online application successfully. If successful you will be called to agree on a set interview time. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable. I had two interviewers, which I thought would make it hard but they were accommodating.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
