Applied online. . They called me few days after and invited for an interview. It was one to one with store manager . He had a sheet with the questions which I had to answered . The most important for him was if I am flexible with the hours . Easy and peaceful.

Question 1
Tell me about situation when you had to do an extra mile for your customer .
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
