A phone call asking to come for an interview on a day which i was available
Group Interview with 2 managers of different departments.
Phone call the next day saying got the job
Then the week after for an induction.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were under pressure
Describe a time when you worked with a group
Describe a time when you weren't happy about something and how you dealt with it
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
