A straightforward interview. I was asked about a time I went above and beyond for a customer, and a time when I was able to demonstrate empathy. It probably lasted under fifteen minutes.

I applied online by answering questions and filling out details about myself and uploading my CV. 2 weeks later I was contacted asking for an interview. At my interview I wrote down the days I could do and hours, showed my ID and was asked 5 questions. I then got a call a week later saying I was successful

Interview
Quick and easy interview process. They asked a few questions from a form. Was interviewed at the same time as someone else which was a bit weird. Was more like a chat to be honest and then was phoned quickly after the interview.
A bit overkill for the job. 2 managers interviewed in person. Several competence based questions. "Describe a time where you overcame difficulty" etc. I was offered a place by phone a few days later.
