Quite unstructured, mainly chatting about current situation and previous problems with customers.They took copies of personal documents and bank details before offering the job, told me to await a call about the inductions after the weekend. NO call, no follow up or explanation. Very unprofessional treatment.
Friendly and interesting. I was asked a wide range of questions to do with what I’m looking for, how I handle certain aspects of life and events and was given ample opportunity to ask questions.

Filled out an online application, then around 2 days later I received a phone call to organise an interview with the department manager.
I then went into the store to complete this, was quite relaxed and calm. Felt more like a chat.
