Was very informative. Gave you enough time to answer questions, didn't feel rushed. They wanted you to do your best.
Process was very easy but having to apply via the form is basically just rewriting your cv.
Pretty straight forward interview, with standard questions such as previous experience and years worked etc, was asked what days and hours I could work. Filled in forms and was contacted a few days later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (Skipton, England) in July 2017
Interview
My interview meant to start at 3pm, however I waited for half and hour in the staff room to meet the interviewer, not very good reputation at all!
Since the interview started, the Interviewing process did not take long, the room atmosphere is terrible and unclean, sat with one interviewer and no other members of staff present. The questions were not clear to answer and its more complex. However, the interviewer did say a few questions about myself but it was not clear to what the interviewer has said to me.
After the interview, I was greeted by the Checkout manager and asked me to this 15 minute 'standing and watching for communication' exercise which it wasn't need for it and a total waste of time (as a checkout job, you would be sitting at a checkout and to be tested with the communication skills with the customer.)
