The interview process consisted of a variety of different questions as well as filling in a booklet listing their company values. The whole interview process was made really well and they know immediately what they're looking for.

I was asked a variety of different questions regarding my perception of customer service roles and how I would be a good fit for Tesco in general.
Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
