Application, job interview by phone, called for a face to face interview and asked generic interview questions, interview felt good and progressive, interview lasted about 30 minutes, and have a good repore with the interviewer

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
