They ask you questions about previous experience and availability, hobbies, salary expectations and more general stuff such as how to deal with clients. They want to know if you are a good team player and if you communicate well.
I was interviewed on cleaning techniques and mopping experience. I provided my skills description of detergents and soft floor skills. I was handled ok and they allowed me to call a second time

Really easy tbf. I really liked how easy their questions were. Mostly questions about my favourite food etc. Unfortunately I commute 408 miles to get to work, thankfully I enjoy riding my bicycle .
