Phone interview was simple and straight forward. They asked about the current salary, current job description etc. And explained about working at Tesco. But the in person interview was not organized properly. The head of the department who was suppose to be there for the interview didn't turn up. And it seemed they were in a hurry to finish up as soon as possible.

4 different stages: 1. interview with HR where you had to talk about you and past experiences 2. Interview with manager 3. Present a project/case study youve worked on 4. Present a solution for a problem they give you + leadership questions.
