The whole process was very nice and it felt like the person wants to get to know you.
Was essentially just a chat and then a quick trial shift so I could see what I would be doing and if the role was for me.

An example of when you needed to work well in a team
Pretty easy process, nothing out of the ordinary. A few questions on how I would work through situation, deal with customers and other colleagues. People conducting the interview were friendly and polite.
The interview process for the Checkout Operator role at Tesco was very easy. You have to complete an online assessment first and they see if you will pass that. They then called me in and asked a few questions about myself, and asked about my availability, and just more general questions. It lasted around 30 minutes and then I was offered the job, later on in the same day. Very easy process.
